Grout Sealing

Once you have your tile and grout cleaned you want to use a grout sealing process on your grout to protect it from staining.  Grout is porous and subject to staining if not properly sealed (most installers do not use a grout sealer on your grout when they install your tile).  Sealing the grout provides added protection against stains, as well as reduces routine maintenance and keeps your grout looking clean longer. By having us seal your grout after we have cleaned it for you, you will keep your grout looking it’s best and protect your investment.

Our grout sealing process uses high-quality grout sealers to protect against both water and oil based stains and keep your grout looking stain free longer.  We offer a water based grout sealer that provides up to 5 years of protection and a solvent based sealer that offers up to 15 years of protection. Be sure to ask one of our qualified technicians about our grout sealing service!

Up to 15 years of protection with DRY TREAT grout sealer.

Dry-Treat’s impregnating sealers are technologically different from commonly available silicone, teflon and siloxane impregnators. Especially engineered molecules penetrate deeper into porous materials and bond permanently inside the pores, without blocking them. This creates a deep barrier of protection within the tiles, paving, natural stone etc, which not only protects against staining but against other serious damage, such as salt efflorescence. Dry-Treat impregnating sealers stand up to cleaning chemicals, traffic, sunlight, and even commercial cleaning techniques such as high-pressure hosing. This technology is backed by a written performance warranty of up to 20 years when the sealers are applied by a Dry-Treat Accredited Applicator such as Son Bright Diversified.
